Diana`s Potato Salad

About five medium potatoes boiled with their skins on, cooled and then skins removed gently and potatoes chopped into cubes. Hint: When cooling the potatoes with skins on pour in some cold water and let them stand in that until almost cool and then peel of their skins.
2 small onions diced
2 medium carrots grated
About six radishes diced
3 to 4 small dill pickles from jar, skins removed and diced. Make sure to drain them well.
One to two small tomatoes, skins peeled off and diced
6 hard boiled eggs peeled and cut into small cubes
Miracle Whip Light

Potato Salad RecipeIn a bowl add potatoes, eggs, onions, carrots, dill pickles, tomatoes and radishes and mix gently together. Add Miracle Whip Light and mix in gently. Add as much to your taste as you wish. Refrigerate for twenty minutes. Serve cold. Serves a family of 3.
